The Collective
Guitar & Vocals
Ed lives in Rhode Island, a state known for its vibrant music scene. He's inducted into Rhode Island's Music Hall Of Fame for his work with the iconic band, The Young Adults. Ed played guitar on studio recordings and tours for Bruce Springsteen's renowned saxophonist, Clarence Clemons. Currently, Ed devotes time to composing, recording and publishing music from his own catalog.
Lead Vocals
Paula Clare is an actress/singer/songwriter performing at various venues around New England. Her career began after moving to Chicago then Los Angeles, making a living as an actress in film and television. While raising her son, Paula eventually found her way to Rhode Island, rediscovering her voice and launching a vibrant new path as a recording artist and songwriter.
Keyboards & Vocals
Frank is a Rhode Island Music Hall Of Fame inductee along with other founding members of Rhode Island’s iconic band, “Steve Smith & The Nakeds”. During tours with the band, he backed up Bruce Springsteen’s iconic saxophonist, Clarence Clemons. Frank collaborated with Ed Vallee in 2019 to form the current lineup of The Earl Knightwood Band.
Drums & Vocals
Chris O'Donnell began his career studying under jazz icons like Ernie Watts and Jerry Bergonzi. Recently, he has powered the trio Seed RaCeR and served as drummer/arranger for the innovators of The Duende Project. Bringing elite musicality and a commanding stage presence, Chris provides a sophisticated, high-energy foundation for the Earl Knightwood Band.
Electric Bass Guitar
The heartbeat of the band, Dave learned his craft studying classical contrabass in orchestral settings. His electric bass lines encompass styles from New Orleans groove to Menphis soul punch. When he locks in with the drums, the foundation becomes undeniable. Touring with Rockin’ Soul Horns, he was the opener for major touring bands like Delbert McClinton, and Hootie & The Blowfish.
Guitar & Vocals
Bill Lehourites is a Rhode Island-based musician, guitarist, and vocalist known for his work in the local blues, rock, and soul scene. He performs with groups like the Earl Knightwood Band and Take It To The Bridge, and has hosted local jam sessions, frequently appearing at venues such as Hometown Tavern in Warren and Ocean Mist in Matunuck.
